Cancellation Policy


We require 24 hours notice for Cancellation or Rescheduling of any scheduled service(s) with your lash designer. Otherwise, you are subject to be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s) 
(or forfeit their gift certificate/ voucher). Our lash designers come in per appointment and why we we have these policies in place.

NO SHOW CLIENT: No-Show's (clients that do not show up to their appointment) will be charged 100% of the appointment fee to the card on file (or forfeit their gift certificate/ voucher).

Clients running more than 15 minutes late without notifying the Lash Designer will be considered a No-Show. 

Appointments of late arriving clients will end at the original scheduled ending time in order to remain on time for the appointments following. If you arrive late, regardless of the length of treatment time actually given, you will be responsible for the entire session.

 
**If our schedule permits, same-day rescheduling is allowed without any added fees.

**Just Wink Lashes reserves the right to discontinue scheduling appointments with clients whom no show 2 times or continuously cancel under 24 hours.

**Just Wink Lashes also reserves the right to forgo a business relationship (client/ designer) with anyone if it is not in the best interest of the business to do so.

 

NOTICE: Just Wink Cancelation Policy applies to both clients and lash designers.
